How to read this
One line per movement of money, oldest first, with a running balance. Sponsor money is listed by name unless the sponsor asked for an aggregate line, which their agreement allows. Card processing fees get their own line rather than being quietly netted off, because the difference between what a sponsor paid and what arrived is exactly the kind of thing a ledger is for. Figures are in US dollars.
A line that is not final says so. Where a cost might still move, the note next to it says that, and the line is amended in place when the number settles. An amendment to a posted line is a visible edit, and that is the point.
